Has had a wonderfully wild wellness journey! In 2019 when her mom was diagnosed with glioblastoma, Shaylae knew some changes had to be made. She earned a 200 hour yoga certification through Breathe for Change, began training to become a Reiki Master Teacher, and became certified in Reflexology.
As a full time music teacher, Shaylae has led elementary, middle school, and high school students through mindful movement and yoga classes after school or during homeroom. She has also offered free weekly classes to her colleagues, to her school community members, and to the surrounding communities.
Shaylae continued her wellness journey by participating in a women’s shamanic study group called Spirit Flow. Led by Mary Newstrom, Shaylae studied with the group for two years. She also completed her 300 hour yoga training through Yoga Farm Ithaca, focusing on Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Enneagram, and Lunar Wisdom.
Shaylae believes that yoga is for every body and paces her classes so that students can choose their level of difficulty and intensity. Every class has many different options and modifications. She continues to study how to make her classes more inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
Shaylae will be leading most Saturday morning sessions.

An enthusiast of life, Casey lives with purpose and intention, love and kindness. His yoga journey began in 2018 when he fell in love with the practice and its transformative power to create positive change. He completed his 200 hour yoga certification with The Yoga Room in Eau Claire, WI.
The first yoga workshop Casey took propelled him to explore the deeper aspects of yoga where he found for himself how yoga enables us to live more authentic and meaningful lives. He continues to learn how as we become more self-aware through the practice of yoga we are able to find greater freedom and joy in all that we do.
Besides yoga, he also supports the health and well-being of others through the methods of Whisperology™ which is a holistic healing modality that assists the innate healing response of a person's being by helping them become more coherent with themselves and the environment around them.
Casey believes that life is a little sweeter when lived with a laugh and a smile. He is excited to be a part of the Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary team and for the opportunity to share yoga with both humans and goats!
